For example, if we procure to keep a daily routine at any time on the day of dancing, we can increase our cardiovascular system. Also, it helps us have a mind and balanced diet for people who look like mammoths, the dance also helps to lose weight and burn fat. For those voluptuous people they not have to worry about killing their selves in extreme exercise on gyms. You can be a didactic person teaching other people about a few steps and can also eat a healthy diet. Finally, people should be prudent because we must be aware not to damage the muscles or cause a serious blow. Remember the mantra of Ricky Martin: "Como decía mi madre bailando todo se arregla".
